Khao Lak Resort is located just seventy kilometers north of Phuket international airport which is only about 45 minutes driving. A convenient road system connects Khao Lak Resort to the cities of Phuket, Suratthani and Krabi. In an area only recently opened to tourism, Khao Lak Resort offers amenities impossible to find anywhere else. Strolling the virgin Nang Thong Beach or fishing from the rocks, to name just a few. For the diving or snorkeling buff, a short trip of 3 hours will take you to pristine reefs in the Similan Island National Marine Park.

The Resort itself occupies a land area of some 12 acres, nestled in one of the most private and peaceful spots between the hills of Khaolak and its famous beaches. An outstanding feature of this "Paradise within a paradise" is its situated on gently sloping grounds that rolls right out to the beachfront, Most of the bungalows are built on the edge of the resort's 400 meters long private beach, enabling our guests to conveniently stroll along the soft golden sand or go for a dip in the clear blue waters of the Andaman Sea. Alternatively you can relax beside our free-form swimming pool sipping your favorite drink served from the nearby poolside bar. The evening will also provide an opportunity to enjoy a panoramic view of the setting sun.

Our 26 chalets house 52 rooms and have sea-view front and are equipped with modern facilities including air-conditioning, telephone, mini bar, cable television, and bathroom and shower with hot and cold water. There are 43 rooms in our low-rise building. The private balconies provide an ideal spot to enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze. Room choices include deluxe bungalows, superior bungalows and superior rooms.

Our Jasmine Restaurant is facing the beach and located at a level above the sea provides the ideal atmosphere for a panoramic view of the sunset while enjoying your favorite dishes of Thai or International Food. The seafood that goes into our preparation are freshly caught from the sea and here you can also enjoy our tasty and delicious menu from The Kumpan Boat, our demonstration kitchen.

The Terrace Plaza consists of Minimart and Souvenir shop, Computer and Internet, Beauty Salon, Diving Center and Tourist Information, Seminar and Meeting Room.

The Baimai Spa is operated by Anda Spa the professional spa company in Thailand. A hidden treasure within the tranquil rainforest atmosphere, the Baimai Spa is designed to complement spa activities and the peaceful environment. A massage after hiking, a body wrap to hydrate and the soothe after a day on the beach, a scrub after a long journey are offered by trained therapists.

The atmosphere is extremely cozy and relaxed with the excellent service of our friendly staff. Current facilities include herbal steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, combined wet and dry treatment rooms, fresh flowers, essential burners and herbal teas and comforting touches that add homely and soothing atmosphere.
